This was a very difficult closing - due to the seller and his agent and the fact that it is a reno - but Kate was on top of everything every step of the way! She really earned her commission!

Honestly any other agent would have been dodging me for all my foolish questions - but not Kate! Always helpful, timely and if we had a problem she was right there to help us understand and get through it.
